By signing this form, the undersigned screening organizer acknowledges that he is
voluntarily hosting a local screening of CFP's and PCFF’s 2026 Israeli-Palestinian Memorial Ceremony (hereinafter: “the Event”).
The organizer agrees to take full responsibility for creating and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all attendees, including ensuring appropriate venue security. The organizer is free to decide if they want to promote the event to the public or not. CFP and PCFF shall not pormote it without their approval.
The organizer hereby releases CFP and PCFF and their representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses from any third party (including Israeli authorities and participants) that may result directly or indirectly from the local screening event, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, emotional distress, tort claims, liable claims or any other harm that may occur to participants or third parties. The organizer agrees to indemnify CFP and/or PCFF for any costs resulting from screening the event.
The organizer understands and acknowledges that the permission to hold the screening does not give him any intelectual property rights in regard to the event and its content, and was only allowed to screen it once. CFP and PCFF hold the full rights to the broadcast of the event and only cede to the organizer the right to screen it to the audience – live or until 7 days after the event.
The organizer will comply with all local laws and regulations and will not hold CFP and PCFP liable for any legal issues that may arise from the screening.
